CHEF MARCELIN
Marcel Ravin, the Michelin-starred chef of the Société des Bains de Mer, is a celebrated figure in Monaco’s culinary scene. Born in Martinique, he masterfully blends the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean with the elegance and refinement of Mediterranean cuisine, crafting a unique signature style.
